Identify for you which specific awards and categories are most appropriate for your business from an extensive database of over 800 awards based on key search criteria relating to your areas of particular strength.
Provide background information on each award or a web site link.
Confirm the submission deadlines.
Confirm entry fee (if applicable).
Grade the opportunities based on our view of their appropriateness to your business and the likely business benefit, then recommend which awards you should enter.
Produce a timetable setting out a timeframe for each stage of the awards submission process.
This document will form your annual Awards Management Plan and is likely to consist of 10-15 quality awards for you to enter over the next 12 months.
STEP 2 - The Management
Having completed step 1, agreed with you which awards and categories you would like to enter and produced an Awards Management Plan, we'll manage the whole awards submission process for you.
We will:
Research and produce professionally written copy in line with the particular entry requirements.
Liaise with in-house contact to source background information and support material as necessary.
Liaise with awards organisers as necessary.
Collate, polish and package support material.
Coordinate timely payment of entry fees (if applicable).
Book table at awards dinner (if applicable).
Liaise with in-house contact for copy sign-off.
Send your signed-off submission to the awards judges for you.
All copy we produce can subsequently be used by clients for marketing activities, websites, annual reports, brochures, advertisements etc.
Award winners can also receive ongoing advice and guidance from us on how best to leverage their success through related PR and other marketing activities in order to further enhance their reputation. We anticipate that we will identify and enter your business for 10-15 top quality awards per year.
Our fee for the all inclusive full service retainer option which includes steps 1 and 2 above is £1,500 per month plus a £500 success fee for each award win.
We will provide you with access to our extensive awards database so you can choose specific awards and categories that would be of interest to your business. Then, once you have decided which awards and categories you would like to enter, we:
Research and produce professionally written copy in line with the particular entry requirements
Liaise with in-house contact to source background information and support material as necessary
Liaise with in-house contact to gain sign-off of the award submission and amend copy as necessary ready for you to submit to the judges.
Our fee for the Pay As You Go service will depend on specific submission requirements for each award you choose to enter but on average it will be around £1,500 per entry plus a £500 success fee for each award win. We will confirm the exact fee with you for each award submission once you have selected the awards you wish to enter. You can use this service as little or often as you wish.
